Early Learning HQ is owned by Skyward Design Studio Ltd. The terms ‘Early Learning HQ’, ‘ELHQ’, ‘We’ and ‘Us’, shall refer to Skyward Design Studio Ltd. Any reference to ‘the website’ or ‘our website’ refers to www.earlylearninghq.org.uk. The term “You”, “Yourself” and “Your” refers to the user or viewer of this Website.
Our services
We create high quality teaching resources which can be downloaded through our website. We also offer a premium service called ELHQ Premium which provides access to further teaching resources for a limited time period in return for a fee as set out on our website. We reserve the right to change this fee or the duration of the subscription for future members.

The content of this website is for your general information and use and it is subject to change without notice. Neither Early Learning HQ nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We take no responsibility for the way you use the information provided on our website including all digital downloads. The content of the website is not intended to, nor does it, constitute legal, safety or other professional advice / services or a recommendation to purchase any product upon which a specific decision should be made. Nor does the content address your particular circumstances and as such should not be relied upon as a substitute for proper professional advice. Any ideas for activities with children suggested in this site are done at your own risk and should be supervised at all times. The owner of these rights is Early Learning HQ or other 3rd party licensors. All product and company names and logos mentioned in the Early Learning HQ website are the trademarks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners including but not limited to Early Learning HQ.
Copyright and intellectual property
All of our teaching resources & stock photography on ELHQ are licensed under Skyward Design Studio Ltd copyright. You are free to download, print and display these resources as long as they are not used for commercial purposes. Similarly, you are permitted to alter, transform or add to the digital version of the resource as long as it is not for commercial purposes or redistribution. You are also free to remove the website address from the resource if you wish. You are not permitted to redistribute them in any way. Most of the planning templates and ideas for activities were submitted by teachers and early years professionals.
ELHQ Premium accounts
In order to join our premium service (ELHQ Premium) you will be required to register on our website and in so doing provide a small amount of information about yourself. You agree to provide true, current and complete information about yourself and maintain and promptly update this information (by emailing [email protected]) where necessary to ensure it is up to date and accurate. We shall not be liable for any loss suffered by your non-compliance with this provision.
In order to register you will need to create a password. It is your responsibility to choose a suitably secure password and to maintain its confidentiality. You are further responsible for all activities that occur via your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session on our website. Early Learning HQ will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.
You are not permitted to share your account with any other person unless you have obtained a school subscription.
Your privacy is of the upmost importance to us and every effort is made to ensure that your personal data is kept secure. You can read more about our approach to security in our Privacy Policy.
You agree that Early Learning HQ may without liability to you or any third party, suspend or terminate, with or without notice your ELHQ Premium account if we believe that you have violated the letter and spirit of these Terms and Conditions. Where there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the rights outlined in this section will not be the only remedy open to Early Learning HQ. We may also take any other action we consider appropriate in connection wit the breach.
– Recurring subscriptions
By default, all new ELHQ Premium accounts will automatically renew when the subscription expires. If you do not wish for it to automatically renew then you must use the ‘Cancel subscription’ link in the ‘Subscriptions’ tab of your account page (www.earlylearninghq.org.uk/account/). If you cancel your subscription before the expiration date your subscription will continue to remain active until the expiration date but will not automatically renew thereafter.
Refunds
Payments made when signing up for a subscription are none refundable. Renewal payments are also non refundable. By default, all new ELHQ Premium accounts will automatically renew and payments will be automatically debited. If you do not wish for it to automatically renew then you must cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date as detailed above.
Liability
Early Learning HQ will do its utmost to ensure that all materials and information published on this website are accurate, but please note that Early Learning HQ excludes all express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the content of the website.
Whilst we try our best to ensure that the site is 100% clean and safe we cannot and do not guarantee that any material available for downloading from our web site will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. It is your responsibility to implement sufficient procedures and anti-virus / security checks on your computer system / device. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any material downloaded or otherwise obtained from the website.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, and you agree that it shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
This website includes many links to other websites. These links do not necessarily signify that Early Learning HQ endorses the website(s) in question and it should be noted that Early Learning HQ has no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
You agree that no advice or information (oral or written) given to you by Early Learning HQ shall create any warranty or other obligation not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
You also agree that Early Learning HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for direct or indirect loss of profits revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, reputation or intangible losses even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
The liability of Early Learning HQ to you in contract, tort (including negligence) with regard to these Terms and Conditions, use of the website and/or any service shall be limited to either: (a) £150 or (b) the price paid by you to Early Learning HQ under any contract during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
Advertisers and other third parties
Your dealings with advertisers, merchants and any other third party found on or through our website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the relevant third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Early Learning HQ shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers and merchants on our website. You further agree that we are not responsible or liable for any malicious software, malware or viruses that may originate from a third party advertising on our website.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Early Learning HQ and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, costs, claims and expenses incurred directly or indirectly (including legal fees) incurred in connection with or arising out of your violation of these Terms and Conditions, any applicable law or regulation or the rights of any third parties related to the use of our website. This indemnity includes both any liability to third parties, and other costs and losses incurred by Early Learning HQ. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Availability Early Learning HQ will endeavour to make the website available at all times but cannot guarantee that the website will operate continuously without interruptions or be error free and we can accept no liability for its unavailability.
You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other internet connection device.
Disputes
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
The contract between us shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
International visitors
The Website is designed to be compliant with the applicable laws and regulations of England and Wales. However if you are resident in a country outside of the United Kingdom you use the Website at your own risk.
