Lessons from Africa 8: Differences Between the UK and Kenya
About This Primary Resource
A collection of three lessons that explore comparisons between the UK and Kenya and the difference between basic need and want. These plans are all in line with the Geography and Citizenship national curriculum and can be used during a variety of different topics. Activities include storyboards, matching exercises, timetables and key discussion points.
This resource has been kindly shared with us by Lessons from Africa, which is the education programme run by the charity Send a Cow. For 25 years Send a Cow have been helping thousands of African families and orphans grow enough food to eat, sell their produce and develop small businesses that last.
