About This Primary Resource
This lesson plan aims to help pupils understand how their lives differ from children going to school in Africa. The Powerpoint shows a typical day in the life of a rural child in Zimbabwe and has 17 slides with simple activities that the children participate in during the day, with a variety of photos to accompany them. This resource is ideal for using as part of your ‘Africa’ topic and would also be a suitable for Citizenship lessons, to how children how different cultures live.
