The ELHQ Shop

It’s been a wee bit quiet on the site in the last couple of weeks. This is because we’ve been working on the launch of our new shop selling all manner of Early Years Educational Supplies! If you get a chance please check it out.

Creating the site has been quite a long drawn out process. You would have thought that I’d have learnt that after creating this site but somehow I was expecting it to be done in a couple of weeks. It’s a joint venture with our partners at Encore Educational who will be dealing with all the orders.

A big thanks to Jason of Hoona Designs for all his hard work, skill and expertise. If you’re looking for a quality web developer with a specialist knowledge of prestashop and other ecommerce packages then I would highly recommend that you get in touch with him. He really worked tirelessly on this project and he had to put up with all sorts of amendments and changes to the design that I kept making as we were going along.

There are still one or two small cosmetic things that we’re working on so you may see a few changes in the next few days but essentially it’s now finished. We’re really pleased with the results but please get in touch and let us know what you think both in terms of the design and the products. We’ll always be on the lookout for new products to add to our range so if you have any ideas please get in touch.

Anyway, now that the site is up and running most of our attention will go back in to creating free downloadable early years resources. Remember though, creating these resources is a very time consuming process and if you could support us by remembering our little shop the next time you’re looking for educational supplies then that would be fantastic.
