A comprehensive Medium Term Plan relating to the National Gallery’s ‘Take One Picture’ scheme. Each year the National Gallery selects a painting from its collection and challenges schools and Early Years Centres to use it imaginatively as the basis for cross-curricular learning. This MTP relates to Henry Rousseau's ‘Tiger in a Storm’ and it focuses on the Knowledge and Understanding of the World area of learning – can be easily adapted for the revised EYFS. It was created by Kerry Moody, an experienced EYFS teacher and manager in a school with outstanding early years provision.
