Count & Peg Activity: Vehicles (Numbers 1-20)
About This Primary Resource
A set of 'count and peg' cards, ideal for children with a particular interest in vehicles. There are 14 cards in the download, each depicting a different quantity of vehicles as well as a choice of three numbers at the bottom of the card. Children must choose the number that represents the quantity of vehicles depicted on each card by clipping a clothes peg on it. If you'd rather not use a clothes peg then you could get the children to place a counter on the correct number (you could use pieces of lego or even a small toy vehicles as counters). They're great cards for helping children to practice counting, whether that's in school or at home.
