Minibeast Colour Sequencing Game
About This Primary Resource
A fun minibeast themed sequencing game ideal for children over the age of 3.
The aim of the game is to match the sequence of colours shown on the cards using some blocks of the same colour. The blocks are not provided but you could use lego or wooden blocks painted to match the colours featured on the cards.
All players must match the sequence shown on the card at the top of the deck. This involves putting the blocks in the correct colour order (for example yellow, red, green). It also involves putting them in the correct alignment - stacking them on top of each other or putting them side by side depending on whether the arrow on the card is pointing vertically or horizontally. The winner is the player to finish first.
It's a great game that could be played with the whole family. It's also ideal of helping children develop matching and sequencing skills.
